@jdaugherty @borinquenkid, a gentle follow-up on the question above. If there's no objection, I'll go ahead on 7.2.x with the narrower option: the tenant id gets the constraints declared on it, but not the default `nullable: false`, so apps that never declared constraints on it behave as they do today.
