Paul you are right, something is not quite right. Looking at the byte I see 
primopts being active in this, thus there exists a call to a(int). The 
ValueRecorder of the powerassert on the other hand prevents using the primitive 
directly and then you get the call using Integer. Sigh... So here primopts 
diverge from indy and normal non-primopts Groovy.
