Summary: Codenarc broken in quality build

Codenarc checking is currently broken in the quality build. The various
codenarc tasks run but show 0 files processed and the following error:

Error from [org.codenarc.rule.imports.UnusedImportRule] processing source file
[C:/Projects/groovy/[...path to source file...].groovy]

Perhaps a rule named has changed. Haven't checked just yet.
