Changing the behaviour of default list methods push and pop in 2.5 seems to be
too radical. If possible it would be better to revert the change in 2.5.x
branch, deprecate the methods and keep the old behaviour until 3.x release.
This change could introduce bugs which are not easy to determine, especially in
3rd party libraries. As far I know the only one large Groovy franeojfr which
relies on 2.5.x is micronaut but I believe it would be easy to find all
critical locations there if any
