It is this bit that finds "call" and other methods of Closure. {{if
(mn.isEmpty() && call.isImplicitThis() && isThisExpression(objectExpression) &&
typeCheckingContext.getEnclosingClosure() != null) mn =
CLOSURE_TYPE.getDeclaredMethods(name);}} in
StaticTypeCheckingVisitor#visitMethodCallExpression. Guarding against "call"
would probably do the trick.
When the same code is not static compiled, does "call" refer to your delegate
method or the method on Closure?
