It seems I didn't communicate enough context. There is no conflicting LABEL_INV
in the delegate or any other scope, and this is a change in behavior from
Groovy 3. I would guess that the changes to field access might be at play,
since the constant is declared private, but if that were the case I'd expect a
NoSuchSomethingException instead of a successful null.
