Dirty workaround:
{code:java}
if (true) employees[1] = "Bob"{code}
Temp variable automatically goes out of scope after the assignment. Has the
advantage of keeping the original code, but with a very obvious "remove me when
this is fixed" modifier in the form of {{if (true)}}.
