Also, for generator annotations like {{@ToStirng}} and {{@EqualsAndHashCode}},
is there any need to retain beyond {{SOURCE}} (they're currently set to
{{RUNTIME}})? {{@TupleConstructor}} is set to {{SOURCE}}, which is preferred
