You can add multiple compilation customizers, including {{ImportCustomizer}}.
Not sure what your interface for removing an import is. But the standard
shell/groovysh mechanism of ":i ..." or "import ..." still works (for adding
within an interactive session). You should be able to change your
{{CompilerConfiguration}} between execute calls.
