Description:
Java 19+ build fails because of "cannot be non-sealed as it has no sealed
parent" emitted by Groovy compiler.

Java 19+ declares \{{java.lang.ref.Reference}} \{{sealed}}.
was:
"cannot be non-sealed as it has no sealed parent" is emitted by Groovy compiler
and just emitted when using Java 19+, because Java 19+ declares
\{{java.lang.ref.Reference}} \{{sealed}}.
