The artifacts are created and shipped by the https://github.com/kobo/groovyserv
project. Is the Groovy project shipping them also? It seems you have an open
issue in that project and that seems the correct place for it. It looks like it
may only work on some platforms but the project will know best which ones it
may still work with.
