why not adjust `PRIMITIVE_DISTANCE_TABLE`? and why a shift by 40? ` (dist << PRIMITIVE_SHIFT) + (1L << LOSSY_SHIFT)` basically means (dist +1L<<19) << PRIMITIVE_SHIFT`, so why to add 2^19 to the distance? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
