I was able to patch `LexerATNSimulator` with just this:
```java
private void consume(@NotNull CharStream input, int curChar) {
if ( curChar=='\n' /*add*/|| (curChar=='\r' &&
input.LA(2)!='\n')/*end*/) {
line++;
charPositionInLine=0;
} else {
charPositionInLine++;
}
input.consume();
}
