Improve StreamingJsonBuilder support for @CompileStatic
I made some non-breaking API changes to `StreamingJsonBuilder` to better
support `@CompileStatic` by allowing calls through the `call` method.
Ideally it would be nice to have some native way to extend static
compilation so that dynamic calls could be converted to static calls, but that
is for another pull request.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/graemerocher/incubator-groovy
streaming-json-builder-improvements
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-groovy/pull/95.patch
