OK, yes I agree with your assessment. I think the plan was to bump Java
dependencies for the release after 2.5, so I'll set fix versions to 3 for now.
If anything changes we can bring forward. If we have a 2.5 beta out in the next
month or two, we'll no doubt make a 2_5_X branch and perhaps it won't be that
long before we could make this change.
