thank you for the long mail mr sitaraman, but that was not the problem. remoting is 
fine but remoting doe not define any technique for actual code transfer.   Now I can 
do a Assembly.LoadFrom("http:\\... something ") and thats brilliant. I am wondering if 
there are other ways to do this as well. I guess if i place my mulitmodule assemblies 
in the a web url the assemblies would be downloaded to the client only as required... 
but that is what ( i think ) no touch deployment is all about.   I am wondering if 
there is any other API for remotely loading and acessing code.
