and i found a small bug when add monitor pop modal, there are two duplicate `custom` category. <img width="1764" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/hertzbeat/assets/24788200/029a935e-4821-41b5-9b2d-2f5956db7e3d";> btw, can we smaller the height of `add monitor pop modal` and support scroll y.
