### Question 23年在旧服务器上面部署了一个1.3版，现在换了个服务器使用的1.6版本，我在1.3版中没能找到导出的功能，1.6版部署后阈值规则又是空的，请问有没有初始的默认规则模板文件？或者是有没有办法将旧服务器的阈值规则迁移到新的服务器上面？谢谢 ps：旧服务器中配置使用的是默认的h2数据库 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
