   RedisMetricsDataCodec类中decodeValue 有root.getRowCount() == 
0的条件，但是在遇到采集超时或者异常root.getRowCount()==0的条件成立返回为空，后面的队列消费就不会执行更改状态的方法。
   
   我看的效果是这样不知是否是这个原因？
