Added PromQL custom parsing basic metric template. 2. Added TDengine monitoring use case documentation. 3. Added use case documentation for Prometheus monitoring in TDengine. 4. Added use case documentation for the Grafana integration used in TDengine monitoring. Note: Currently, `parseType: prometheus` cannot be used because multiple collections were detected, causing unknown exceptions within TDengine. I am currently unaware of the specific cause. Please refer to: https://github.com/taosdata/TDengine/issues/32509.
