### Feature Request 当使用hertzbeat-collector时，数据还是要回传到server，如果是同城异址或者是异地数据中心，监控数据回传会消耗大量流量，产生一定的费用，使用时序数据库服务VictoriaMetrics时，可以将数据落盘到本地，通过server端配置多集群读，实现统一读取，会节省很多成本。 ### Is your feature request related to a problem?
