## What's changed? Every workflow run in this repo since late 2025 — including pushes to `main` — fails with `startup_failure` and zero jobs. Cause: `ci.yaml` requests the `ubuntu-22.04` hosted runner, which GitHub has retired, so the workflow can never start. - `runs-on: ubuntu-22.04` → `ubuntu-latest` - bump `actions/checkout` v3 → v4, `actions/setup-python` v4 → v5 - migrate the removed `::set-output` command to `$GITHUB_OUTPUT` With this, chart PRs (e.g. #23) can actually run lint/install again. ## Checklist - [x] I have read the [Contributing Guide](https://hertzbeat.apache.org/docs/community/code_style_and_quality_guide) - [x] I have written the necessary doc or comment. - [ ] I have added the necessary unit tests and all cases have passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
