## What's changed? The LICENSE lists predated the Spring Boot 4 / Hibernate 7 upgrade and had drifted badly: 176 stale versions and 164 unlisted artifacts in the backend list alone, plus removed dependencies still listed. Regenerated backend/collector lists from the resolved runtime dependency trees, the frontend list from the pnpm production closure, and the root LICENSE as their union.
