## What's changed? UniSMS officially shut down on 2026-09-15 ([notice](https://unisms.apistd.com/)). Its API and console are no longer available, so the `unisms` SMS provider can no longer work. This PR removes it: - **Backend**: remove `UniSmsClientImpl`, `UniSmsProperties`, `SmsConstants.UNISMS`, the factory branch, and the related tests - **Config**: remove the `unisms` block from the default `application.yml`, `application-test.yml`, and the docker-compose configs - **Web-app**: remove UniSMS from the SMS type options, the config form, the summary view, and the i18n entries (6 locales) - **Docs**: remove the UniSMS section from `alert_sms.md` (en/zh-cn) and add a caution note. Versioned docs and release blogs are kept as history. **Compatibility**: stored DB config and yml that still contain a `unisms` field are ignored during deserialization and binding, so startup is not affected.
