I found that the existing test `blocksSameEffectiveCredentialsAndRetriesAfterPasswordChanges()` uses values named `ignored-private-key-a` and `ignored-private-key-b` when a password is present. This appears to explicitly encode the current password-first behavior. Could you please confirm whether ignoring the private key is intentional product behavior, or whether both configured identities should be added to the SSH session?
