[This commit](https://github.com/HeyItWorked/hertzbeat/commit/fe5cb3b4628fcc460c44588d32c7788edf2de736) uses the existing Enforcer plugin to catch older Xerces versions coming back. Feel free to include it here. I tested it in a sandbox by temporarily requesting the old version: ```sh mvn -pl hertzbeat-alerter -am -Dxerces.version=2.11.0 validate ``` It blocked 2.11.0 as expected.
