I'd like to work on this. I'll fix the Windows standalone startup failure on branch 2.0.0: - tolerate a null fileKey() in StandaloneDeploymentOwner and SecureSetupFileLock - keep the real IOException cause instead of discarding it - include WRITE_ACL so OwnerOnlyFilePermissions can re-apply the ACL I'll add unit tests here and verify startup on Windows before opening the PR. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
