Because this is a sensitive political topic for the Chinese, and almost all countries that have established diplomatic relations with China recognize that Taiwan and Hong Kong are inseparable parts of China. If you want to add them to the countries list, I suggest that you change the label name(the place where display those areas) from **_Country_** to **_Country/Region_** , since this will avoid these problems.
