Also, please make changes in `org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.index.DynamicEnableIndexingConcurrentSelfTest`. Because of this bug, usual `awaitPartitionMapExchange()` was changed to `awaitPartitionMapExchange(true, true, null)`.
