I've found a refactoring is required, because I need RowHandler for destination calculation in `IgniteDistribution.destination` method, but have a HashFunctionFactory, which is useless for most of Distributed functions. I've add an `if` as workaround and created a ticket to fix the issue IGNITE-20246. I'm not sure a commit "Add execution tests" is ever useful.
