Review Comment:
   In addition to that IS NOT DISTINCT FROM can also be used in equijoins. And 
there is a test that fails because of that be it is muted because hash join is 
disabled in ItJoinTest(I do not why?)  (There is no need to disable it in 
ItJoinTest).
   
   I think it is better to remove `acceptableConditions` and use builtin 
functions until it is proven that they do not work.
