Review Comment:
   Looks weird that `SnapshotCheckProcess` doesn't have own instance of
`SnapshotChecker`. `IgniteSnapshotManager` checks nothing but uses only `read*`
methods from the `SnapshotChecker` class. Consider refactoring here.

Review Comment:
   Let's use DTO classes, like ValidatePartitionsResponse. It's very weird to
see smth like.

   ```
               if (!(locMetas instanceof ArrayList))
                   locMetas = new ArrayList<>(locMetas);
   ...
               locMetasChkFut.onDone((ArrayList<SnapshotMetadata>)locMetas);
   ```

   Or just use an assert `assert locMetas instanceof ArrayList` to get an
exception during tests. Recreate collection isn't a right way

Review Comment:
   As I can see in the code of `SnapshotChecker` it already uses the executor
service for some checks. Let's delegate all work with executor services to the
checker.

Review Comment:
   Why do you want making it independent? Now it just leads to code
duplication. IgniteSnapshotManager already has
`ClusterTopologyCheckedException`, and the only thing you need in the process
is the `interrupt` method.
