   >waitForCondition in itself is perfectly fine instrument if we want to just 
wait until certain condition and not assert the result of this wait
   
   This is exactly what happens here: we are waiting for certain condition to 
become true (index is available). We don't assert the result, we just make sure 
it has been reached
