This is intentional: the PR is a cleanup and shouldn't change what is
resolved or packaged. Removing the pin replaces Guava 16.0.1 with 33.5.0-jre in
the module's libs, so I reverted it, and kept maven-assembly-plugin 2.4.1 in
mesos-ext for the same reason. The resolved dependencies of all modules are now
identical to master.
