Histogram bounds are validated for the histogram type before they are written to the distributed metastorage. Stored bounds are applied to any configurable histogram when the metric is created. **Visible changes** - `MetricsMxBean#configureHistogramMetric` and `control.sh --metric --configure-histogram` reject bounds invalid for the histogram type with `IllegalArgumentException`, and nothing is stored. - control.sh no longer checks the bounds order on the client side. Valid `PageTimestampHistogram` bounds such as `0,60000,0,0,0` are accepted. For unsorted bounds of a regular histogram the message is now `bounds should be sorted`, and the exit code is still 1. - `PageTimestampHistogram` keeps its configuration after cluster deactivation and activation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
