Fixes failing TeamCity suites:
- RDD: Spark examples take `jackson-databind` from Spark, as
`jackson-module-scala` of Spark 3.5 requires databind 2.15. `jackson-core`
stays updated.
- Gatling: example nodes use static localhost discovery instead of
multicast, so they no longer join clusters from other agents.
- ML:
- CV test expectations updated for Java 17 BLAS (`Math.fma`).
- Bagging test checks that training is reproducible instead of comparing
with platform-dependent weights.
- Examples suite creates test classes once, since the JUnit Platform
provider instantiates the suite runner twice.
- `ml-p2p` module does not fail the build for having no tests.
