Custom TLS factories can explicitly initialize their context with `void init()` and report certificate chains while building it. The factory publishes the accepted context and chains together, so readers can access the current material during a replacement. This temporary draft evaluates the factory API for IGNITE-29209. On master `71dfc5e3ba4`, 17 targeted tests and Checkstyle passed. The CLI test skipped its JMX variant by design.
