Summary: noodtool status results not right

Fix For: 0.9.2
noodtool status to check all nodes' status in the cluster, but it always show
the local node is off like following:
Node Status
127.0.0.1:9004:40011 -> on
127.0.0.1:9005:40012 -> on
127.0.0.1:9003:40010 -> off
