Now the partition may has timeseries whose schema not in local.When need,  it 
will pull from remote node, but only cache it, not register in local. So when 
startup, it colud not found meta. 

 

Maybe we need a local meta cache, and all timeseries schema should store in all 
nodes.

 

Or

 

only remote meta cache should be serilized to file, when startup, replay wal 
could get meta from this remote cache file.

 

IMO,  second solution maybe more better.
