This is a related issue to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IOTDB-894
After we write some pages: [1,2,3,4] [6,7,8,9] [11,12,13,14]
Then, some unsequenced data is coming: 5, 10
Maybe split 5, 10 into two pages is better?
