Currently, the IOTDB does not support down-sampling storage, whereas the
InfluxDB supports down-sampling storage. For example, data generated one month
ago is reduced from seconds to hours, and data generated one year ago is
reduced to days.
So, we need to support down-sampling storage.
I will develop this feature
