During decoding, the time encoding mode is read from the configuration file,
and the value encoding mode is read from the chunk header. If the time encoding
mode is used and the time_encoder parameter is modified, decoding fails.
Therefore, I recommend that the time encoding mode be saved in the chunk or
tsfile and read from the chunk or tsfile during decoding.
