Summary: OOM when insert large size TEXT data points

To reproduce, firstly create a Text type timeseries and insert 50 points to an
IoTDB with 2GB heap size. Each one point has 6MB size. Then run flush in the
CLI. You can see the system turns to the Read-Only mode, which caused by OOM.
There is the test code.
