We need some experiments to see if separate index with data in TsFile is ok.
(1) Whether to move MetadataIndex out of TsFile?
(2) Whether to move TimeseriesMetadata/ChunkMetadata out of TsFile?
(3) Whether to move Statistics out of TsFile?
