* Provides an API to get storage group partition information.
* Evenly distribute storage groups in specific storage group format in
multi-nodes.
* Fix counting timeseries inaccurately in cluster module.
* Fix counting timeseries may cause int overflow.
* Solve the write performance bottleneck problem of distributed N node 1 copy
in high concurrency scenario, and expect linear ratio above 0.9
