* Tablet is needed for writing, so it should be ported using std::variant or
boost::any and its visit.
* TimeRanges are needed to be ported
* The library should include libICU support
[https://unicode-org.github.io/icu/userguide/icu/] since C17 and C++17 dont't
support well unicode strings.
