There is bug in iotdb-benchmark,I can't use it to set point_step as 1us.
# set iotdb conf as 'timestamp_precision=us'
# set iotdb-benchmark conf as 'TIMESTAMP_PRECISION=us' and 'POINT_STEP=200'
# start iotdb the start iotdb-benchmark
# using iotdb-cli to query the data:
The point_step is 200ms.
