经与确认，确实是已有root.sg.d1.s1的时间序列，再次创建时间序列“root.sg.d1.s1.t1”报错，当前的处理逻辑可以接受，但最后的500内部服务错误需要以4开头的提示用户，相关问题已提：https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IOTDB-2269
