Summary: Delete duplicate data structure in node-commons

There are many data structures defined in node-commons duplicate to the
thrift-commons. Such as RegionReplicaSet, SeriesPartitionSlot and
TimePartitionSlot. These data structures in node-commons should be substituted
by those defined by thrift-commons.
