复线方法：
1.启动一个3C3D的集群
2.使用cli命令登录（成功）
3.使用stop-confignode.sh停止所有confignode（正常）
4.使用处理登录（报错Can not establish connection with jdbc:iotdb://Chaos-5:6667/ :
Internal error processing openSession. Host is Chaos-5, port is 6667.
）
